Building Blocks

Make a Difference Foundation understands the value of a strong character individual. Building Blocks help mentees seek to enhance the following values: creating confidence, understanding self-awareness, taking responsibility, and welcoming challenges. These values are delivered by creating a safe and nurturing environment through thoughtful discussion, one-on-one mentoring, and identifying trauma. Before becoming a leader in any area of life, you first need to understand yourself and how to follow. In this program, there are levels that we teach mentees how to lead while breaking generational misteaching.
